Right Start age range (4 – 7 years old)
1.    Develop class rules – language
2.    Develop understanding of taking turns (Circle time)

Lift Off age range (7 – 9 years old)
1.    Circle time- Discuss what sort of environment do we want
2.    Group work: which rules are more important (different rules for different areas)

Me, You, Everyone age range (9 – 11 years old)
1.    Peer mentoring and facilitating younger children: older children encourage and allow young children to air different viewpoints
2.    Buddy system
